All prices are calculated in UK Pounds.
Availability
We try to have stock of all the items on this site, but cannot guarantee this. Therefore, acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute an acceptance of your offer to purchase an item.
Order/Payments
- By credit or debit card using our payment gateway
- By fax, by downloading a copy of the online order form and completing card details.
- By post by downloading a copy of the online order form and enclosing
a cheque/card details. Please make your cheque out to Life Cycle UK
Delivery
We try to get orders out as quickly as possible but please allow up to 28
days at busy times. If you have a deadline please state it clearly and we will
do all we possibly can to have it with you on time.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 10 days unused and in its original packing (ie in a saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. We regret that post and
packing costs cannot be refunded. For your protection, please send items Recorded Delivery only. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose customers’ personal details to anyone without their permission. We only use information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
